After Alberto J. Giménez Cruz, President and founder of PROMMA served for over six years as senior executive of one of Puerto Rico’s premier property management corporations specialized in public and affordable housing and learning all aspects of property and asset management, he joined Mrs. Beverly Santos Cortés, Vice-President/CFO, to develop a fully devoted property and community management company. Together Mr. Giménez and Mrs. Santos set out the goal of establishing a real estate management firm that concentrates its efforts in the marketing, maintenance and management of communities and real estate properties trusted to PROMMA’s care. Mr. Giménez and Mrs. Santos are both licensed real estate brokers by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and well experienced in property management. Combining their respective experiences in the fields of property management, financial management, hospitality management, accounting, real estate development, retail, and manufacturing industries, as well as their experiences in general management, business administration, field operations and supervision of large workforces, Property Marketers and Managers Corp. (PROMMA) was established in 2004. Jointly, they bring vast experience and a mix of expertise in several fields including writing proposals (RFP’s), marketing and management plans and successful bids.
