Strategic Planning

Establish the HOA: Assist with HOA’s policies and procedures, governing documents such as bylaws (reglamento del condominio) or restrictive covenants (condiciones restrictivas) of the community, Welcome Kit, among others.
Operating Budget: Prepare the operating budget after conducting an analysis and properly forecasting with developer utilities expenses, general maintenance, security alternatives and staffing requirements.
Planning: Assist in the planning of the annual general assembly of the Consejo de Titulares or Asociación de Residentes and its Board of Directors and provide guidance following proper documentation and the transcription of minutes, when so requested.
Insurance Needs: Assess and recommend the need of property and liability insurance policies.
Mediator Role: Act as mediator between the HOA, homeowners and the developer to solve or pre-empt construction issues, defects, or items on warranty.
